Samsung has redesigned its UI with a new privacy feature to safeguard your device.
The device will send you an alert message when an app tries to access the microphone or the camera or any other native app of your device. The app can use these native apps only after your approval.
The new One UI 4 brings a new dashboard for the privacy of your device.
You can manage your device’s privacy right from the Dashboard menu from your device. The update also brings more support to third-party apps with better control and easy access.
The privacy dashboard shows which apps use the camera, microphone, and other things on your device and how frequently.
This lets you keep an eye on the overall behavior of all the apps installed on your device. A green indicator light will be seen at the status bar when an app uses your device’s microphone or camera.

Samsung has officially announced that the new One UI 4 update started rolling out from today itself. The Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra will be the first devices to receive this update from today.
