Every year, LG brings a new set of computers for both office and home users. Today, LG has announced two monitors to line up for CES 2022.
LG to introduce two new monitors at CES 2022 named LG Ultrafine Display and LG DualUp Monitor. A sneak peek of these new generation monitors gives us some insights into them.
LG Ultrafine Display
LG is planning to introduce the new LG Ultrafine Display in the high-end segment. The premium-end Ultrafine Display caters to all your entertainment and work needs.
The display contains all the features and functions of high-end displays that are available in the market.
The display offers a full 4K resolution at 3,840 x 2,160. The size of the display is 32-inch which is enough for professional and home use. The company has designed this display for both office and home use.
The display features a Nano IPS Black Panel. The panel comes with a contrast ratio of 2000:1.
The display features all the useful ports such as USB Type-C, two HDMI ports, and a Display Port to connect external hardware and displays to it.
It also supports AMD FreeSync for faster synchronization with other devices.
What makes this display unique from others is it is designed with a new Black Technology. The company claims to provide “realistic and nuanced black tones” from the display.
The display will calibrate its colors automatically which enhances the overall viewing experience of the users. The self-calibration sensors are also included in this premium-end display by LG.
These sensors are detachable ones, users can detach them anytime they want to adjust the display tone and pixels for the users.

The LG Ultrafine Displays are for those who have a good amount of space in their office or home. The display required special space to set up as it is big in size and to make most of the display, you need to have a good space in your office or home.
LG DualUp Monitor
The DualUp Monitor from LG is a compact version. This monitor comes with an Ergo stand. The unique Ergo stand features a small circular base to rotate the screen.
This feature on the DualUP Monitor is there to save some space in your workspace. You can attach it to the sides of the existing monitor to double up the screen.
The DualUP Monitor lacks some of the premium features of the standard Ultrafine Display such as AMD FreeSync, poor contrast ratio, etc.
However, the other set of features are similar and you will get the same experience as Ultrafine Display.

Basically, the LG DualUp Monitor is ideal for professional users who have limited space in their office or room.
The monitor offers all the features and specifications of a premium-end computer system. Its unique Ergo stand is what makes it stand different from others.
LG has not disclosed anything more about their new premium-end displays for professionals.
The company aims to cover up more of the professional industry by introducing the new-generation monitors i.e. LG Ultrafine Display and LG DualUp Monitor.
LG Ultrafine Display and LG DualUP Monitor: Release Date
Unfortunately, there is no information about the release or launch dates of these new monitors from LG as the company has not disclosed anything yet.
However, LG promised to share more details about their upcoming premium-end monitors during the upcoming CES 2022 event. CES 2022 event goes live on Jan 4 at 8:00 a.m. PT.
